About Us

Ki was a majestic Black Cat with a heart as wide as the world. Ki was the model of calmness which inspired the name Calm Cats. Ki was always by Anna's side during morning Reiki healing session.

Ki, Karuna and Zen came from the lovely shelter MSPCA in Boston. 'Karuna' is a Sanskrit word, the meaning of which is 'Compassion.' Zen is an expert in reading human's mind. He's the ambassador between the domestic and the wild.

Anna, the mere human, is a Reiki Master, Certified Yoga Instructor and a volunteer healer.

We recently acquired a small piece of land, dedicated to wildlife habitat (nwf.org/garden). We are one salt marsh away from the Atlantic ocean.
